What are your opening times
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day. They are processed
during shop hours. Our phone service is available during shop hours.

Do you have a shop
Our retail store is open 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday and
9.00am - 3.00pm Saturdays. Our shop is closed Sundays. We are open
Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express,
EFTPOS & Australian Bank Card. The following days we open by special arrangement (1 week notice
required) Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Good Friday and
ANZAC day and public holidays.
Can I buy
Flowers/Gifts on the Internet
Yes you can,
everything (except Wedding Flowers) is available to buy from our
Internet Store. We accept major credit cards; Master
Card, Visa Card - all without any additional charges. We can accept
American Express by special arrangement (e-mail or phone us). EFTPOS
& Australian Bank Card is also
available to personal shoppers.
Do you cater for weddings:
Yes we will look after all your wedding flowers. Contact us and
we will arrange to sit and discuss your requirements and provide you
with an obligation free quote.
Is what I see on the website
what I get
Yes, subject to seasonal variations and availability. Everything
that is on the website is also available from our shop. When there
is a need to substitute a flower or container we will only do so
with product of a similar or greater value.
Can I send flowers interstate
or overseas
Yes, We have large network of quality florists and can send
flowers all over Australia and the World. Please call us on (03)
9817 4456 and let us discuss your requirements with you before we
process your order.

We sure can! If you can tell us exactly what you require, we will
be able to create the ideal gift for the person you love.

Simple! Our florists are working 6 days a week so you are more
than welcome to discuss your requirements either over the phone or
